Runonen arkistoista

Hiljaisuudessa kuulen kauneimmat laulut,
hämäryydessä erotan herkimmät taulut.
Leikkiä valojen ja varjojen,
säveliä ilon ja harmauden.
Kosketan puuta,hyväilen kaarnaa,
luonto ei kritisoi luonto ei saarnaa.
Kallion syleilyyn lepäämään käyn ,
tähtenä yöllisen taivaasi näyn....

The universal language of kindness

The universal language of kindness

A language, that does NOT require words
It does NOT require subtitles nor interpreter.

The universal language of kindness,
it can be spoken by all of us,
by actions, that speaks louder than any voice.
Act of kindness, by genuine smile.
Act of kindness by a gentle touch, or a warm hug.
Kindness doesn't cost anything,
but it gives so much ,
both to the recipient and to the giver.

So why is it so hard to be kind to that random stranger?
Why is it so easy to call a fellow human with insulting nasty names,
rather than show an act of kindness?

Why is it approved by society to attack those,
who are weak on defend themselves?
Why do we look the other way, when someone is ridiculed
, rather than step up and stand beside the one, who needs help ?

Why have we become so loud on bad behaviour,
yet completely mute on a language of kindness?

One couraging smile can literally save
someone's life,
one misplaced mean word can just as easily be the breaking point to that very same person.

So choose wisely,
your words and your actions..
Because watever you do or say, makes a difference.

Choose kindness ❤

The odd one out

The odd one out

  The struggle is real,
when you just don't fit in -
always the odd one out.

They want you to be young and pretty,
and you are far from it.
They want you to be social, outgoing extrovert,
and yet again - failed on those demands as well.

They want you to be cool and gourgeous,
so they wouldn' t need to be embarrassed of you.
And still you are the odd one out,
the one who is called the last,
when there are no other options left.

You are the one, who is picked last from the line
at your gym class,
when your peers are picking up the team mates.

You are the girl at the pram dance, who is asked for a
dance, only because you were felt sorry for.

You are the little child on the playground, who is always left out.

So at some point in your life,
you get used to it...to be the odd one out.
So much so, that it becomes normal to you,
it shapes you to become you.

You learn to like it,
so instead letting it hurt you time after time that
you are not wanted,
you learn to embrace your wierdness,
you learn to enjoy your own company.

  But still,
every now and then,
it still manages to reach you -
that feeling of being left outside alone.
