Time has flied since my last writing, but I am finally here..better late than never, eh?
Now all my Finnish readers must be wondering, that what is going on? Why is this woman writing here in english? Has she lost her marbles or what??
Well ,let me explain...
World is a wonderful place, and now that we have all the social media, such as facebook as example, it brings all the corners of this globe closer to us. It gives us an opportunity to "meet " people from other countries, share hobbys and values etc... I have had a great priviledge to meet new friends from a hobby, which I feel passionate about - cycling and cycling touring.
And as it happens, I would like to share my blog with all my friends, and from now on I will keep it bi-lingual - english and finnish...but you must forgive me, when I make some spelling mistakes etc..even thought my english is fairly fluent, it is still not my native language:)
This year 2013 will be a great year in many many ways....
First of all, I will be soon finishing my studies to become a waitress, and for that I am happy. I also have a chance to work full time in a nice cafeteria till the end of may, which is great...
And then...spring is coming - slowly but surely....red devil and I will be on the road again, and that will be amazing!!!!
My long time dream to cycle around Finland can finally happen without interruptions,as long as I stay healthy and don't get hit by a truck again....
Timewise and financially I will be all ready and set for this great journey, and I can hardly wait...patience has never been my strong points...
Iam curious, passionate about life itself...I love adventures, I love that feeling of freedom as I go and cycle and explore the new routes......time stops, there is no rush anywhere....it is just the moment I live in so strongly - the wind on my face lights up my eyes and I could just sing and be filled with joy....
Yeah yeah, I know that I get carried away and my spontanious nature gets me to trouble every now and then..
But - let me ssy this my friends : life IS short and we only live here once - so why be miserable and whine about everything, when you can take control of your life and start living it as it would be your last day on this earth....
When you are happy, you make people around you happy also....smile doesn't cost you a dime, but it can sure as heck save someones day....
Live on the moment - cherish your memories but don't get stuck living in the past.... you can also see for the future, but don't make too much plans and let the intuition carry you....
Feel the mother earth underneath your toes at the warm summer night, get mesmorized by the beauty of flowers and butterflies...love and be loved - and fall asleep listening your own heartbeat - beating strong and full of life!!!
